Peyton Freiman’s “Stoned Summer,” A Seven Hour Art Show.
Opening in New York City for 7 hours only between 3PM and 10PM this Sunday, June 26th in Brooklyn, New York is the solo show “Stoned Summer” by friend and artist Peyton Freiman.
Distilling southern folk art styles with the eclectic and electric sensibilities of the contemporary urban sprawl, Peyton’s paintings are synapse playgrounds, jungle gyms of the ocular peculiarity. Reason is hurled to some obscene distance, with the strange and intriguing remaining within the strokes of his brush placed on the canvases from, I’m assuming, painterly incantations.
“Stoned Summer” is presented by Design Studio NYC (151 Kent Ave Suite 311) and you need to RSVP to attend. (email [email protected] to do so) The show will feature incredible food, libations, walk through installations and a DJ. Not to mention the first 20 guests will receive a special gift.
