I don’t think there will ever be a game with as much nostalgia appeal as Tony Hawk’s Pro-Skater 2 did.

Today’s Badass Good Boy is: Mechazawa from Cromartie High School.
i hate how people on this gotdamn hellsite dont acknowledge the fact that Cromartie High is the the purest, most perfect anime ever made
its a self-aware parody that makes fun of anime/tv tropes and the comedy is never a miss, its an absurdist comedians fever dream
the animation style is even a parody of stilted 80s gangster animes, and is also a parody of the genre
the characters despite how they look arent problematic, they even correct each other when the other is being an asshole, even in their inner monologues they correct themselves. watching them interact encourages you to actually be a good person??
for some reason the characters even delve into philosophical discussions about the government/ society/ education/ internet culture that, despite the comedic setting, are really meaningful
freddie mercurys in it
please watch cromartie, its such a good time
P.S. theres a live action movie, they exorcise a robot who keeps saying fuck
this has been a PSA
Cook, Serve, Delicious! 2!! is a very good game, and everyone should buy it.
@chubigans
Cook, Serve, Delicious! 2!!
Cook, Serve, Delicious:
Genre: Restaurant Simulation:
Console: PC:
Year: 2012;
Story: “Cook, Serve, Delicious! centers on an old, worn down restaurant in need of repair. The tower building in which the restaurant is included has had its business drop, but has tasked the player with changing that fortune. (description from the wikipedia)”
Gameplay: as you probably noticed on the “genre” category, this is a restaurant simulation type of game. You control your own restaurant, you improve it and you work on it. Your main job is to cook food and serve food, as the title suggests. The more you serve, the better. In order to improve your restaurant, you have a set of goals. Each set of goals represents part of a star. In order to get a 5 star restaurant, you need to follow the goals. Everytime you get half a star, you will get upgrades, and you will improve in the way your restaurant look. Honestly, the main gameplay of the game is all about the cooking and serving the food (also making sure you will create a good menu for each day). There’s a bunch of things you need to worry about, in order to make a good menu for each day. There are certain foods that won’t sell as well as others, in certain days. It may sound like you have a lot of things to worry about, but overall it’s a very simple game.
Graphics: this game has a very clean and nice presentation. The clients look pretty basic, but the food looks really yummy.
Soundtrack: I’m a fan of the music of this game. It’s always changing, depending of the time of the day, and situation. It’s a really fun music.
Final Thoughts: this game is highly addictive, and no wonder many people made let’s plays of it, when it came out. I had so much fun with it, and I’m surprised that I didn’t reviewed it right away. Maybe at the time, I wasn’t so focused on reviews. Either way, I recommend everyone who’s into this type of games, and even people who have a negative opinion about cooking games. This game will possibly change your mind. Overall, I will give this game a 9 out of 10.
