they play an unhealthy amount of monopoly and percy tries to steal money without her noticing, always failing
he loves how focus she looks when playing monopoly too, which is the main reason he always wants to play
they regularly put on music in their apartment and dance (fun and slow)
they also play a lot of just dance and get super competive
they’re competitive with card games too and always keep score
every year on percys birthday they go to the beach
they buy those “she’s my girlfriend” and “he’s my boyfriend” shirt with arrows pointing at each other as a joke but then end up wearing them more and more
he hears annaberh complaining about how she needs hair products so he asks rachel what she uses, buys it, and surprises annabeth with it
he then regularly buys her hair products
one will tense up so the other will grab their hand (annabeth rubs the small of his back) to remind them they’re okay and not in danger
they have swimming contests and he lets her win, to which she argues is wrong even though she loves winning
she sketches buildings and watches him swim
sometimes percy will take her to places she wants to go as a surprise and he’ll spout random architectural facts because he actually listens to her
people always ask them to tell stories of their quests when they’re at the campfire and they take turns filling in what the other missed
they hit a really rough patch in their relationship when everything settles down because they’ve never dated without a constant threat looming over their heads
they get over that rough patch quickly though and learn a lot of new things about each other
annabeth goes to everyone of his swim meets and brags about how he’s her boyfriend and how proud she is of him to people around her
