So I was perusing one of the screen cap sites yesterday and stumbled over this image from “Optimism”. Now I don’t claim to be a theological scholar but is anyone else picking up any “Messianic” foreshadowing from this picture? For those who have read my theories about the ending of season 15, (checks number of hits for posts), which appears to be very few of you, I have long held that Jack’s character was intended to be that long missing element in the religious story arc of SPN. There are a number of clues to this scattered through seasons 13 – 15. His initials, the fact that was supposed to conclude on his 3rd birthday, etc. But this actually made me gasp.
