2. I don’t do flexible dieting the way most people do flexible dieting i would say? Because i’m not aiming to hit a certain macro goal and i’m not playing macro tetris to fit it in, lol. But if i want to eat something occasionally, i eat it. Like in my last “full day of eating video” I had a snocone, soft pretzel, and nachos (when i got home, didn’t include it, oops), but it’s just whatever to me honestly. I don’t eat that way daily, so i don’t think eating not so healthy foods occasionally with negatively impact me.
As for protein, you gotta eat a lot of food! Blake and I have veggie burgers like 5x a week, and they have 25g of protein in the patty, the pretzel bun has 8g and that’s a pretty protein packed meal i’d say! I have protein powder with my oats and peanut butter, and that’s usually around 40g of protein in a meal, and then complete cookies has 12g, tofu has about 11g per serving, edamame has 12g per serving, nuts have about 9g per serving.
It’s all about eating enough food, and you’ll get enough protein. At least that’s how I view it :)
