I just got fatshamed by a friend of mine (who is naturally skinny). She literally said that i looked pregnant and she tried on my pants and made fun of the size of them. She also has a complex of buying bigger clothes and then complaining about how big they are... Before this i thought that i was midsized, i dont know what to think anymore....
It’s just so sad that people think that everybody who has anorexia is skinny...i just had to explain this to my mother while also trying to cover that i might be anorexic (and the whole time i was thinking like: am i that fat, am i not skinny enough)
My body might look bigger but my mind is in a very bad place...
I promise i will keep myself in control...I don’t wanna be the (fat) version of myself I want to break free from the prison that is my body and I will.

okay life update!!
i realized that if i eat a decent amount of cals (300ish) and proteins (15g??) for breakfast ill be less hungry during the day!! so im eating a 0%fats vanilla greek yogurt, a banana and one (1) lil crumbled cookie on top!! its really good and around 305 cals.
i stopped counting calories and logging them on a app, i just check the calories of what im eating and estimate the total amount. a lot less stressful.
yesterday i skipped dinner and today i weighed myself after eating breakfast (and taking a $hit 😳) and im back at 55.5 kg/122lbs!!!!!!!! and i eat breakfast so maybe im a little bit below that!!! so happy about it!!!!!!!!!
i decided that when i'll hit 52 kg i'll talk to my bf about my problems with food... i don't wanna talk to anyone about it before i am at least underweight, i don't feel like i'd be believable before that......
