So far I've gotten a $3301 bill for my hospitalization and a $1450 bill from the EMS that transported me there. Motherfuckers don't understand that I work at a dollar store without insurance. It'd take half a year to pay that fucking nonsense. And I haven't even gotten bills from the imaging company that did the CT scan, MRI and ultrasound. Those are gonna be five times worse. American healthcare is fucked up. Stupid fucking country.

Got diagnosed with covid last wednesday. Then it absolutely wrecked me so bad that night that I passed out and got taken to the hospital for a couple days. I think it really messed with my heart, they were doing lots of tests for possible symptoms of stroke. All the imaging came back normal but yeh, still feel like shit. I don't remember anything real from thursday, I spent that entire day thinking I was genuinely dead and, despite having no knowledge or connection with catholicism, I was convinced I was in some purgatory cycle. It was fucked up. I should be okay once the covid symptoms cool off, but it's gonna be cool being in massive medical debt.
