Ingredients: 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup barbecue sauce. 1/2 cup chicken broth. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 12 slider buns. Coleslaw optional, for serving.
Instructions: In a slow cooker, combine chicken breasts, barbecue sauce, chicken broth, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and easily shredded with a fork. Shred the chicken using two forks directly in the slow cooker, mixing it well with the sauce. Toast the slider buns in the oven or on a grill for a few minutes until golden brown. Assemble the sliders by placing a generous portion of pulled BBQ chicken on the bottom half of each bun. Top with coleslaw if desired, and cover with the other half of the bun. Serve immediately and enjoy!
