My weird Calypso headcannon is that while she was stuck on her island whichever man washed ashore she would be forced to match them at the same age and maturity level. Less eternal teenager more like the gods who are the age and appearance they are because of who is interacting with them and how that person perceives them. When she was alone she was every age fluid and indescribable, when she interacted with others she would solidify

But when Leo broke her curse she stayed as she was matching him, and in turn is a teenager just with a long long memory
