If you were faced with a pair of wide, sturdy hairbrushes with little plastic balls at the end of each bristle, or two cylindrical spinning roller brushes, and you had no choice but to have one of them used on your restrained, oiled soles, which one are you picking?
Now this is a sadistic question. Hey, loser, do you fancy the frying pan or the fryer?
You want the personal, gleefully-done torture of a determined tickler taking out all the frustration they’ve ever felt on your vulnerable soles, channeling their fury through their hairbrushes, laughing at your screams? Revelling in how efficiently they can make you suffer and beg? A deeply personalised torture, made someone else play thing.
Orrr maybe you’d prefer the robotic, ceaseless torture of roller brushes, unthinking, unfeeling, tickling your soles with no restraint or pity? You don’t know why you’re being tickled - for information? As punishment? For revenge? For no reason at all? You wouldn’t know who controls the off switch for the machine that is making you scream and howl, adapting its rollers to target the spots that make you whimper and strain. Maybe there isn’t anyone controlling it. Maybe there isn’t even an off switch. A deeply dehumanising torture, reduced to a piece of ticklish flesh.

It depends on my mood. 96% of the time, hairbrushes wielded by a human tickler would be my poison. Humans can get tired, can be reasoned with. But sometimes, in my most masochistic moods, I fantasise about being tickled by a ruthless machine that cannot being reasoned with, and will tickle me beyond reason. I think I’d learn something about myself as I lose all control.
Of course, in the fantasy, I would also want it to stop when I’ve spilled the code or whatever it wants.
