Day 11 🍁 - fitspiration

This one was pretty hard, there are so many people in the fitness community here on tumblr who inspire me! But if I had to make a top 3 at the moment it’d consist of sassyyogi, aubernutter & sunnystrong. I love seeing their posts, reading about what’s going on in their lives and just their take on life in general. It reminds me to keep going, even when things get tough, not just in fitness.

So Mexican is up there with my favourite foods… Okay, particularly nachos 🙊 But no need lay off when they completely vegan and healthy! (Depending on the chips you use😂) 🌽🍟 Recipe on my website 👅 For some super healthy and crispy chips, try cutting up some thin oil-free tortilla bread and then toasting slightly under the grill!
