The one that is the most profitable for you, especially whatever the skill you have right now or will be studying soon. I don’t know for what reason money seems to be your first reason in order to pick your career whether it’s behind the scenes or spotlight. Your career should make you shine and be seen as valuable because of your skills, I personally would guess the spotlight and not entirely behind the scenes.
Your career position should be very meaningful and indispensable for the owner or boss, that’s why learning new skills or improving whatever you have right now is the best solution right now. The more knowledgeable and experienced you are the better the chances to get picked for good positions.
Whatever opportunity comes to you don’t say no, it’s always good to learn something new and make new career experiences. Invest all your energy and effort in yourself to learn. Discipline yourself and be welcome to new learning experiences. Hard work will pay off in the long run.
