I love that the leather making chain in Vintage Story resembles something out of factorio lol. its just so over the top haha
i think saying "i love you" to your friends and people near to you is important.
i think many people would agree with me on this as well.
something shifts within the human body when you face death at 22 years old. suddenly the fear of being smothering or too much pales in comparison to the fear of all those times it was left unsaid.
three words that are sometimes hard to say.
my sister told me i was brave. i didn't know how to explain this was not bravery, it was required. and what else could i do? how does suffering mean i'm brave?
all i remember is worrying about how i would finish my college degree while being wheel-chair bound for several weeks, unable to drive myself.
you almost die. and you're worried about assignments and bills stacking up.
and that's...in concise as terms as i can manage, why it's never too much to say "i love you."
God i wanna cut someone’s limbs off
would you still love me if i got weirdly obsessed with cutting my own arms off
the best piece of writing advice I got was from my creative nonfiction professor when I turned in Kill Yourself (a transgender metaphor, one of my favorites) which amounted to saying I'm not committing hard enough. The piece was somewhat gory and kinda painful but I wanted it to be visceral and he was literally the only one to see that. Every other person and professor would have said to make minor changes here and there but he was the one seeing I was holding back for the sake of the assignment. So, he told me to stop being scared and just write exactly what I wanted to say, to commit as hard as possible to the idea instead of testing the waters to see if im even allowed to. So I did, and he was right. The original lacked the conviction required to make the idea work, and the revision brought it to the level that truly let it shine
I won an award for this piece and I genuinely dont think I would have if I didn't get told to go harder. He was one of the only people in my life who truly just got it. A fantastic writer and story teller and part of it is that he's incredibly authentic, sometimes to his detriment.
Don't be afraid of your writing. It hurts putting your everything on display for everyone to see, but its only then when true beautiful writing can be created
Sure Dating A Robot Girl Seems Nice.
Sure dating a robot girl seems nice, till she slowly ship-of-theseuss you. You might start as just a plain human, but she keeps suggesting augments for you, so you’ll have more in common. Now you're a cyborg which is cool and all. but she keeps calling your mechanical parts cute, and keeps saying stuff like “oh you would look so adorable with these parts”. So maybe getting a few more augments wouldn’t hurt at this point. Then one day you wake up and realize you're a full fledged robot girl now too. And now you and your GF have talks of starting a polycue.
In hindsight that might be the main selling point.
oops
oh this is beautiful!
That final line!
"They must have loved the Ship of Theseus to have repaired her so much" RAAAGGGHH
THIS IS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT!!!!! PEOPLE CHANGE! AND THATS OKAY!!! ALL THAT MATTERS IS THAT YOU STILL CARE FOR EACH OTHER!!1!1!1!1!1!111!!!!!

the absolute classic, going in to kiss her just to fake her out and bite her instead......the way ive literally done this exact move before
Here's a couple lesbian tips: use this move very rarely, using it too frequently diminishes the element of surprise, avoid doing it more than once per session. Next, use this move after you have already begun fooling around, having gone in for a deep kiss many times already, the hotter and heavier you both are, the better, she will be more turned on and surprised this way.
I just realized i fucked up bad by revealing this move to all the dolls I will be using it on at some point in the future FUCK.
cartoon bully girl shoves me against a wall and goes "awww~ it thinks it's people~" but then i pull her aside and calmly inform her that i'm pretty sure i'm something else wearing the skin of a person and the more i describe it the more horrified and disgusted she becomes until finally she asks what i think i am underneath and i say. i dunno. but its probly something cool, right? and then she calls be a dweeb and shoves me against a wall again and asks me for lunch money. which i respond to with violent sobbing
She started kicking me and hitting me hard because I made her mad and i said "STOP STOP YOU'RE DAMAGING MY VESSEL" and she got really mad and told me to stop saying that and saying i'm a person and i insisted i wasnt and told her she should unzip my clothes and she called me a pervert and hit me more but eventually she did out of sheer curiousity and my body deflated and a small fox squirmed out of the gaps and looked up at her and she was really confused but then she decided the most sound option was to ask the fox for lunch money instead to which i responded with violent sobbing (fox)
