Bonn Voyage!
Dearest COP dreamers,
As the white tarps in Bonn and Bula come down to be placed in storage until they are brought out again for another COP (yes, those are the same white walls that have held your tears year after year), I wish you all safe travels home. I pray that we all keep fighting so that as many people as possible still have homes to go back to - and so that we can support each other in all we have lost.
It has been humbling to try and provide laughs the last few years, but I admit that I plan to break up with the UNFCCC after Bonn.
I hope we continue to run into each other again, ideally in spaces more empowering than the COP - but for now, this is so long.
(And also a call for someone funnier than me to take on the Tumblr legacy in Katowice!)
