So Homura has lost Madoka hundreds of times, but was still able to move forward. How do you think Madoka would react to losing Homura once?

I think her life would plunge into an abyss of despair. She had always known that Homura was stronger than she was, and now, left alone, Madoka would feel her own fragility laid bare. Each day would become a struggle against dark thoughts and memories of how Homura had shielded her from danger. Instead of moving forward, Madoka would find herself trapped in the web of her own emotions, losing faith in herself and her abilities. Her world would transform into an endless cycle of suffering, where her only desire would be to reclaim the one who had always been her anchor.

But remember what Homura said in my last Homumado post: “She became my God. And gods never let you go.”
