It's unfortunate that you feel so down on yourself with cosplay because you really do look awesome when you do it, but it's 100% understandable all the same (I'm the exact same way and it sucks!). I hope you're able to pick it back up again once you're more comfortable though, you're handsome as heck and seeing your work always brightens my day!

Cosplaying this past week only reinforced how bad my self esteem is, like it was legit so bad I had to disappoint my best friend (who was so excited to get this shoot set up alongside me) by cutting a big part of shooting short before we’d hardly started; I felt too ugly and embarrassing to be alive, and better off dead than in front of a camera

it’s bad enough that whenever I see my favorite viddy game I get sad because I’m just that disappointed in how I look and feel right now. I gotta give up cosplay especially, it clearly only brings pain tbh
