A/n : hii!! I didn't rlly know how to write one moving plot around this so I jst kinda lowk made hcs instead... gulp (hope u don't mind that tho bby)

    •No matter how much he tries hard to act like he doesn't, Zanka always tends to be overbearing—even if he tries his hardest not to. 

“Did ya eat yet?”  “I told ya to clean up after yer mess.” “Quit being so damn ditzy all the time.”

    •He tends to get on your case, always reprimanding you about this and that and blah blah blah. To you it's in one ear and out the other. But it comes from a place of worry not belittlement. He is quite aware of your capabilities. 

    •He's used to being the youngest sibling so suddenly having someone younger than him puts him on edge a lot. Truth is, Zanka still has a hard time coming to terms with the fact that he's the older one and that he's the one who's responsible if you ever get in trouble. He carries that weight silently. 

   •Teases you at every chance he gets—in private—if he finds out you like someone—to an extent at least. Because he is good at keeping secrets, and would never purposefully lower your chances with your crush. His lips are sealed shut if anyone asks anything. 

•Would burn holes on the side of your face while you stare at your crush from across the room. You're over here with hearts in your eyes and his would be lodged into the back of his head. “For fucks sake, just kiss already.” 

It's even worse if you're the type to deny your feelings.  He'd be over here doing the “if 1 plus 1 is 2, then...” spiel while you try not to spiral out of control. Either that or he'd just look at you and say “The suspense is killing me.” in the most unamused, deadpan face imaginable. 

   •The type to sigh and pinch the bridge of his nose once he finds out you've been doing dumb shit behind his back. A mixture of “I'm not mad, just disappointed.” and “Is this how enjin feels when (insert something heinous rudo did)?” 

     •Extremely supportive of you, he knows what it's like to be looked down upon by his peers and people older than him and he never wants you to know what that's like. 

     •Difficult to persuade once he decides on something. He doesn't sway between things he's set his mind on… until you mention Enjin. Then suddenly it's really easy for you to convince him that he should get you that new plushie you've been eyeing. 

    •Always says yes to things you want as long as it doesn't bother him or effect him negatively. “Go grab that street cat if ya want it. Just know that yer gonna be the one cleaning, bathing, and feeding that thing.” 

Queue the sound of you putting down the cat and it running back into the alley it came from. 

     •Has the worst rbf—resting bitch face—known to mankind and is almost always scowling. It's like his eyebrows are permanently glued to sit so angrily at his glabella. You and Riyo have teased him a handful of times how his wrinkles are about to be crazy once he passes 21.

“I'm just sayin’ if you keep looking that angry, don't be surprised if the neighborhood kids start thinking you're 25.”  “I'm…17?” “Exactly.” 

    •Always finds a way to poke fun at you to your face but never behind your back. If he doesn't like something you did he'd flat out tell you straight up. However if someone else has that opinion? Best believe he's jumping them. 

   •People who don't know zanka think he's the type to not know modern slang. Unfortunately for you, he has said “what the helly” and “bum” way too many times for you to count. 

Whenever you tell people that “No, he might look straight forward and goal oriented but he actually talks like he has a streaming account.” they think you're joking. 

    •Doesn't like to spoonfeed you things, if you want to learn something, learn it the hard way rather than the closeted and meek way. You wanna know how to parry attacks? Best believe he is not gonna be holding back when you two spar against each other.

+ Zanka as a Caregiver can be… all over the place, but in a fun way! Zanka acts more like a big brother than a parent, and that’s honestly what makes it so fun.

+ Zanka always makes sure that everything goes well! If there’s a mission you regress on, he’ll position himself in front of you absentmindedly, because “Little kids like you shouldn’t be getting hurt”

+ Being with him is much more soft and gentle. He doesn’t enjoy to be as active as others, and often likes to read to his regressor. Zanka would sit them in his lap and read from a storybook he found, or even make his own!

+ Stories are one of Zanka’s favorite things to make up actually! He’ll exaggerate his gestures to make the story more fun, often messing with his little to make them giggle.

+ On bad days- both for him and his little- Zanka will simply.. exist. Whether that be staying near you, making sure you eat and hydrate, or just being in the room with you. He gets people can be overwhelming, so he won’t force his little into having company.

+ If his little is up for it, Zanka will even ‘train’ them… even if that training consists of Zanka pretending his little is the strongest cleaner he’s ever seen.

+ Bedtime? Thats a no-compromise deal for Zanka. If it’s bedtime, it’s bedtime. He’ll help you to pick out pjs before bedtime, and will let his little decompress an hour before bedtime. Once it is time to sleep, Zanka would let his little sleep beside him- if they wanted of course.

+ Sometimes though, Zanka will get too caught up in something- whether that be studying, training, or something else of the sort. Being distracted by his little would honestly be a heaven send, his kiddo reminding him to rake breaks even if it’s just by them asking for something small.

+ Zanka does regress as well though, but to around 12-13. He still does like to hang around his little at this age though, although being more active.

+ Somehow, he had found a game console a while back and had repaired it! So, now, Zanka will sit with his little in his lap as he plays a game on his shotty tv.

+ Even if his little can’t understand a word he says, Zanka heavily enjoys rambling about game lore and mechanics. His favorite game was a game where you could catch monsters and use them in battle! A fun little game where you have to plan out attacks! Perfect for Zanka.

+ “Wait no, don’t use that attack.. here, look. That one will get rid of the bad guy!” Is something Zanka would explain while letting his little sibling play his game. Helping them to get through the game with ease. Any game is easy when your big brother is Zanka!

+ Though, Zanka also likes to wonder outside. So that means his little probably follows him too! So, they often ‘sneak’ out, and wonder around the HQ. Sometimes, they come back with scraped knees, but Zanka always will make sure his little sibling is patched up first. “Don’t get upset, it’s ok, promise! I’ll put a cute bandaid on it then we can get some candy!”

+ in reality though, his siblings presence helps ground him a lot. Having someone trail behind him and look up to him made Zanka pretty happy, especially when they call him cool- or anything else of that nature. He makes it a top priority to still seem cool to his sibling!

+ Naps are a huge thing for Zanka. He gets exhausted often, even if he doesn’t get why. So, he often likes to nap with his sibling. Holding them close to keep them safe as the two of them slept. His sibling would be everything to him, even if sometimes the kiddo got on his nerves.

It was a long day for you. You were exhausted from work, and needed some relief. So naturally, you slipped.

It was a fuzzy feeling. You had changed into your indoor clothes, because Satoru wasn’t home yet to change you. You put on a familiar childhood TV show. But it wasn’t enough. Not without him.

So when he came home, you nearly cried.

“Daddyyy!” You shouted, as if it’ll make him come to you faster. And it did. The door swung open. He had already taken off his blindfold, resting it around his neck.

“There she is. Did baby miss me?” He walked over to you, and sat down on the bed. You babbled back, too far gone. Satoru noticed this and hummed. “You’re real little, aren’t you?”

“D-Daddy…” You cuddled up to him.

“I’m here, little one. Let me change into my comfy clothes, yeah?” He gently pulled you away and changed into a t-shirt and sweatpants. He came back next to you and cuddled you.

“You want your paci? Or milk first?” He asked. You perked up at the idea of having a nice, warm bottle of milk. “Milk it is.” He got up with you perched on his hip, walking to the kitchen.

There, he prepared you a nice bottle of milk. He brought you back to the bedroom and sat with you. He fed you your milk, and you slowly got sleepy. You eventually pulled away from the teat of the bottle.

“Want your paci now, baby?” You nodded, and he reached into the drawer of the night stand, and pulled out a blue pacifier. He placed it into your mouth, which you greedily sucked on.

“Good night, my love.” He kisses your cheek before turning off the lamp and calling it a night.
