So true story, at my undergraduate alma mater, we had a tradition called “Senior Night”, where the students would stay up the night before the last day of classes and

1. “decorate” the offices of the professors (I turned a literature professor’s office into a gothic castle; someone filled an office with balloons, somebody turned a behavioral biologist’s office into an enormous hamster cage)

2. literally barricade themselves inside the academic buildings (one exit left open for fire safety).

The idea was that if the professors couldn’t get into the academic buildings, they couldn’t hold classes on the last day. The students did things like:

stack bricks in front of a door

park a pick-up truck in front of a door so it couldn’t be opened

tie doors closed with baling twine

stand guard at the second-storey windows with super-soakers and water balloons

The professors always got in anyway. My bio prof said on her first Senior Day, the other science professors told her that she was the smallest, so they would be lifting her up to the second storey of the science center and shoving her through an open window so she could go back down to the ground floor and let them in (they did it, too). One year, the seniors chained all the doors of the science center shut with bike chains and locks. It almost worked, only they ran out of bike chains, and tied the last door shut with baling twine. The art professor (wearing a bathrobe, flipflops, and a bike helmet) found this door, pulled a small hand-saw out of his bathrobe, stuck it between the doors, and sawed through the twine.

“Too many fuckn degrees outside” should definitely be the Senior Night motto.

So if speculation is right and Encanto takes place in the 1960s (Further speculations say mid-1960s);

Princess Tiana and the Triplets are only a few years apart (The Princess and the Frog takes place 1926 and Tiana is 19, making her birth year 1907. The triplets' birth year would be ~1910 to be 50 in the 60s)

The Triplets and Wendy Darling are only a few years apart (12-13 in the 1920s placing her birth year also in the 1910s)

Abuela Alma would have been born around the time of Tarzan taking place (Alma would be ~70 in Encanto, placing her birth year ~1890s, which is when Tarzan takes place.)

The Triplets would have been born around Atlantis and Aristocats taking place (Atlantis taking place in 1914, Aristocats being 1910)

The Triplets would have been born around the Titanic's sinking (The Titanic sunk 1912)

Encanto takes place only around 120 years after Frozen and Tangled (Frozen is estimated to be in the 1840s due to the camera reference. Tangled takes place only a few years before Frozen.) (Alma would have been born ~50 years after Frozen and Tangled)(Elsa, Anna and Rapunzel would be ~70 when Alma was born)

101 Dalmations would have taken place only a few years before Encanto (101 Dalmations takes place in late 1958)

Encanto would have taken place around the time of Walt Disney's death (Walt Disney died December 1966)

Mirabel would be in her 70s in modern times (Mirabel is 15 during Encanto, which places her birth year in the mid 1940s, which puts her ~75.) (Isabela, Dolores and Luisa would be ~80s, and Antonio would be ~65)

Unless Tiana lived to ~115 years old, the previous fact puts Mirabel at the only Disney Princess that would be alive in modern day.
