I saw a full length picture of myself. And I didn't realize how far I'd let myself go. Yes I knew my weight was much much higher than healthy. But I hadn't actually looked at myself. Not full on. If you just see my face, I look a lot thinner than the rest of my body. And I'm getting married in less than 2 months. And I want to start a family soon. But I can't do that if my body isn't even healthy enough to carry a child, let alone actually conceive a child. I am ready to lose weight. I need to lose weight. I'm 100% certain I'm morbidly obese at this point. And now I'm feeling incredibly depressed bc of how absurdly fat I let myself get. I look at this picture and all I see if a fat girl who is lying to herself.
