Homeless - isn’t that weird. Here is the story of our MOVE. We sold our house at the peak of the market. We had to - we hadn’t been above what we owed for NEVER. It was kind of a fast process. At the end of May we decided to sell - our house was LIVED IN…our yards were shit but we jumped in. We planned to be ready to list in July. It was hard but we did it. Photos to follow… We listed our house July 10th and immediately got an offer 30k over asking but just when we started to get excited - the buyers house didn’t sell so things fell through. I was devastated 😔 I thought that was it. People started to offer again but it was for asking price and we almost gave in. Then we got one more offer and it was the best offer yet and we took it and braced for another let down…but folks it sold. Last night we left the home my kids grew up in. The place we held so many parties with friends we made through the years and family. It’s surreal - this is the first time we paid off a house. The first time we will live in a state with no family or friends. The first time we’ll be searching for our FOREVER home. The adventure is just beginning, Wish us luck 🍀 we’ll be taking you along for the ride. #selfie #me #newbeginnings #changes #soldourhouse #livingcalifornia #sayinggoodbye #newadventures #sold #anewstart #2weeksleft #bonvoyage (at Davenport Island Beach) https://www.instagram.com/p/CTvPcZLPmUJ/?utm_medium=tumblr
