Originally came with a cdr of “tracks” that accompanied the work.

This was our first one. It features Slash, shortly after he threw his guitar off the mountain.
The revolving cast of ooda strip authors was Shaun, Tyler, and me for the first few months. I drew many of the cartoons. Shaun made many strips with collage, and phenomenology philosophy. In general we were seeking how far we could push a daily comic strip. We combined sculptural ideas with comics.
Other people joined the group: Kristof, Joe Butterfield, Joseph. Assorted ideas made quickly and bounced off each other. Meanwhile the oodastrips became known for “art comics”. Our editor fortunately published whatever we turned in.
We ended ooda strips with Slash again, creating an endless loop. We started with Slash getting a call about his missing guitar he tossed in the music video. The strips end with him going up the mountain and throwing his guitar. It combined our interest in making loops, seeing how works existed throughout time in a cycle, repeating music, and raging hormones.
