(Movie!verse Shadow introduction) A pod opened in a nearby facility and the being inside stepped out. The being stepped out after having just awakened from stasis and looks around with scarlet glowing eyes. Crimson lightning around the being destroying everything.

Standing away out of the lightning’s rage of the dark hedgehog a man cowered bowing before the hedgehog “ Blast that blue rodent beating me to this facility.” The man seemed terrified but another man was beside him the one to of released the creature

“ Umm doctor, that’s not him.” The man was wearing a GUN uniform bot the man cowering was in a black coat with some red.

Shadow looks down and sighs before looking up at him again "Did anyone else make it off the Ark?"

“ my grandfather made it off and you, he died though while in the custody of GUN.”

Robotnik replied

Stone forgot to take off the GUN suit he didn’t realize it was still on

"Like your friend?" He looks at Stone angrily

“ That I can explain, we both stole our uniforms from them we used to work for GUN but because of that blue hedgehog we were out of the job my name had been wiped away Stone was able to keep my information on a drive a long with my grandfather’s. I never knew I was working for a terrible place in the past I only just found out.” Robotnik tried to explain

Stone brought the two a latte.

“ Let me know if you need anything else I have food as well.”

Stone tried to be friendly toward Shadow after seeing that he was angry.

He nods politely. glad you were able to find the truth before it was too late." He replies

“ yeah, sorry about what you went through back there on the ark during the raid GUN is under a new commander since then. Apparently he grew up on the ark telling by his records, he was a toddler.” Stone added

“ oh right I forgot to mention Tower’s, he saw my robots as a way to help his team I no longer have the funds to make machines, Sonic destroyed a ton of them before. “ Robotnik sighed

"Good to know, at least someone who recognized your talents for what they are."

“ Stone, I think it’s time to change up the place.” Robotnik suggested

Stone gave a nod before saying some words in order to get the shop to change to the lab

Sonic couldn’t dodge in time Knuckles saw what happened Sonic fell to his knees hurt and the wind was knocked out of him clutching his stomach trying to catch his breaks Knuckles ran over

Shadow looks down at him before staring up at Knuckles

Sonic didn’t try anything holding his stomach still

Knuckles got ready to lunge at Shadow though he was annoyed with Sonic for trying to help the one who attacked him

Shadow prepares to dodge

“ Step away from the blue hedgehog “

Knuckles then said before releasing some of his energy to show that he was serious

Sonic coughed before looking up at Shadow, ears lowered

Shadow scoffs before releasing some energy himself

Sonic grew nervous he didn’t have the strength to do the same he tried he only let off some blue light before it went out

Knuckles wasn’t surprised by Shadow’s power he was familiar with other beings having similar abilities

He gets ready to attack Knuckles

Knuckles was doing this to distract Shadow so Sonic could get away

Knuckles braced himself seeing how Shadow was about to attack him

Shadow speeds towards him quickly and throws some punches

Knuckles fell back due to Shadow’s force

Sonic got up he was about to help Knuckles but the red echidna then grabbed Shadow and threw him off as Shadow was punching him

He growls and groans before landing and going to hit him again

Sonic collapsed before he could make it out of the woods. He was beat up pretty badly coughing a bit trying not to fall unconscious.

Knuckles got up as Shadow fell back bracing himself again for his attack

Shadow goes for a few well placed kicks

Knuckles wasn’t defeated easily but the kicks did hurt he grabbed Shadow by the leg before he could land another before throwing him to the side again

Shadow groaned and struggled to get up this time, a little blood dripping from his mouth due to the beating his body wasn't strong enough for yet. He coughs a little to recatch his breath. He gets up anyway and comes at him again

Knuckles watched Shadow as he struggled he stayed back though in case he attacked, Knuckles was beat up but he didn’t let his guard down trained to be a warrior all his life.

Once Shadow was up he got ready to dodge his attack

He goes for a punch to the gut like what he had done to Sonic

Knuckles grabbed his arm again when Shadow went in for a punch this time Knuckles powered up his strength and punched Shadow in the stomach hard, he let go of him so he could be flung backwards by the force.

He flies backwards before landing, coughing and gasping for air deciding to teleport back

Knuckles waited a bit grabbing the water he threw at Shadow earlier he drank it before leaving the forest

Shadow teleports back, feeling somewhat ashamed that he didn't do better

Agent Stone saw that Shadow had returned he seemed disappointed

“ Shadow welcome back.” Stone spoke glad to see him make a safe return the

Robotnik walked over to greet Shadow he took notice of how neat up his nephew was.

“ Shadow are you alright?” Robotnik asked trying to be sincere

"I underestimated the echidna. The hedgehog was easier. I need to rebuild my strength. I'm too weak from being in that cryostasis pod too long." He answers.

Robotnik wasn’t surprised

“ alright well probably not a good idea to rest here .” Robotnik was worried the ones that put Shadow there could be on their way

“ We could go to the mean bean “

Stone suggested

Shadow looks up at him with a confused look on his face

“ The mean bean is our hide out it’s a coffee shop and a lab in green hills “ Stone explained to Shadow

“ right the lab we can make a plan together there too Sam do a latte, Stone makes the best.” Robotnik agreed to the plan

“ no beds though but the booth seats are very comfortable “ Stone then said to Shadow

"Sounds like a good place to go." He agrees .

“ ok let’s get to the car.” Stone left the facility Robotnik followed him

It was a while before they arrived to the Mean bean Shadow was allowed the back seat so he could rest up

Shadow made sure to rest up in the back seat while they drive

Once at the shop Stone parked turning the car off and opening the door to the place so Robotnik and Shadow could enter
