hhhhhhhi im here to yap about why vinebox is PEAK CINEMA (mainly me yapping about their dynamic)
not sure if this is too similar to what someone else said but yk how boombox in general is incredibly kind and willing to reach out to other people? and how vine staff has been frieinds with like the same two people her whole life? and how vine wants to become friends with more inphernals?
i'd think it would take a while boombox would, at some point, start noticing vine staff and start to become curious about her. so he starts to talk to vine staff more instead of just slingshot and occasionally shuriken. meanwhile vine staff is really flustered and a little confused, because she's been watching boom and the others from a distance for a long while, wanting to become friends with the, and suddenly boombox has burst through the 'barrier' and now they're friends!!! yay!!!
then boombox would slowly start falling for vine because. she's vine. she's such a sweet and genuine person, and boombox doesn't understand why she's looked so lonely all this time because she's such a wonderful inphernal to be around and it just wouldn't make any sense to him. vine, on the other had, i think she'd have like boombox from the start, his kindness and good heart being key factors. she's admired boombox for a long while and her feelings have only grown getting even closer to him.
meanwhile coil and skate are so fucking done bc boombox and vine are INCREDIBLY oblivious. they've tried to give them hints but NEITHER will catch on. they just want vinebox to be real man <//3
