Maybe We Die like Stars...

More protons in atoms make them heavier. Elements range from light to heavy. Stars are born from gravity pulling in particles in space. The heaviness brings gravity.

A star dying can make enough particles to form a galaxy. Our galaxy happened to have all the elements which was enough to be a cosmic soup.

It formed planets out of matter.  Some of it started to move about and grow. Somehow some of the matter started to know it was alive.

We discover love and tranquility and peace and creativity.

Maybe when we die .. like a star dying that explodes out with star dust to make more things - we release our energy which we worked on for all of our lives.

A Rainbow was in my room..

Once i woke up, opened my eyes and a rainbow was in my room. I had placed a CD in just the right place by chance for the morning sun to bounce off it. Life is by nature in a state of chaos. Some of us are sensitive and react. We can also find more beauty in life than others. Life is a perception of senses. Some of us are locked into pain from post dramatic stress etc. one doesn’t have to stop caring about chaos to be able to cope along side it. Balance is key to health. To have black or white is unnatural. This rainbow is formed out of the spectrum of white light from the sun. See what you want to see before you. You have the capability to focus on the better things in life. You don’t have to forget or forgive the past or ignore the bad to cope and see positivity. 

And every rainbow is a  different version of one, depending on where the person is viewing it from.

Rain down (we are born) the water becomes ocean ( the universe) the sea water evaporates ( we die) the water becomes rain and then becomes the ocean. It Cycles.

There is no edge to the universe and it has no shape as shape is of the illusion of matter. Every point is the centre with invite distance from any point.

I see the universe as just like an ocean  in it lies an eco system full of life and energy. Some of us seek joy, happiness and excitement and are extroverted. Others seek tranquility and peace and are introverted. Our lives shape our search for what makes us feel alive. Our bodies die and return to the earth. Our soul is released with everything we have learnt which Is fuel to keep the universe . A living system. This is like the weather cycle  .

The more happiness we find, the more creative , kind and knowledgeable and the wiser we become, will strengthen the universe and sustain it's existence. Stars are the grandfather's.. the ancient versions of animals and humans. They we once in a much smaller universe but they evolved into us. We are made of stars but a human or an animal is brighter than any star as we are conscious and can appreciate beauty. We now live in a much larger universe and it will continue to expand and become more beautiful as we ourself learn to be universe here on earth.

We try to be complicated and detailed and try beyond our wits end to achieve our power.  Look for the more simple things you can do in the present and build up from there.

Just "believe in something you love"

if you don't have any thing to believe in just "believe in something you love" it doesn't matter if its God, a band you like, a person you like or even yourself. just believe and you will be guided.  you are not "in" the universe you are part of it. we are all the universe. It works as a system through faith. believe in anything that you love. even if it is a small thing you do. build on it. let it guide you. nothing is too small to be powerful. our entire universe is made out of the smallest things possible.
