I one day wish to garner the amount of admiration and excitement that the neighbours escaped doggo caused when it wandered into our backyard NYE party full of drunk people.

The dilemma of deciding whether to go to Taylor swift or Paramore for their Australian tour. š±
My heart says both but my bank account says none.
it annoys me when people imply people with congenital conditions are always dxed, and therefore treated, at birth. (and also that they think everyone is so nice to us but i've always ranted about that- no actually abled adults made me so fucking insane i can't even eat ice cream in front of people without feeling like everyone thinks i'm selfish and greedy)
many people only find out they have cerebral palsy, for instance, as adults. 1 in fucking 10 people have spina bifida occulta and will never know, either because it hasn't been caught or it's not disabling for them. people are dxed with congenital heart conditions as adults all the time. congenital conditions may be harmless and may not be- either way, a lot of us don't actually get dxed at birth
there are many reasons people may not be dxed at birth. drs may not know, or the condition may not be able to be recognized; some conditions only become obvious when they have progressed to a point where adults may, may, be able to see something is not usual (and this also requires them to even do anything about it, and they may not). you may have been neglected or not had the money. people may live in places where there is no decent healthcare, or may be unable to reach specialists. parents may be restricting because they don't want to admit their child is disabled, or for some other reason. also rare conditions are of course a lot less likely to get immediately dxed, or may get misdxed, or you may, like me, only get dxed with a symptom
also having a congenital condition where you do get resources as a child, i've said it before, but it goes away when you're an adult. there are no longer any resources for you. and this is really bad for people with potentially life threatening conditions
also abled adults can be extremely, unbelievably cruel to disabled kids, even ones with a diagnosis, or those of us who are "visibly disabled" or severely disabled. they don't care

Hey if anyone feels like helping out a queer, disabled gal pay some over due bills, could you please check out my etsy store.
And share it with your friends.
I would really appreciate it. š

It's always a weird feeling of wanting not wanting anything to be wrong, but also wanting something to be wrong so you don't waste doctors time š«

Bc it take forever to get here, and who know if I'll be interested when it does.
I'm currently waiting on fabric for an amazing modular dress, where the skirt and bodice have snap buttons on them so you can choose to mix them up if you want. And also snap on sleeves and I want to make it already but the fabric is taking foooooorrrreeeeevvvvveeeeerrr
