Bottled up some mead tonight. Very tasty, very dangerous.
It was a chili kind of evening. First batch of the fall, and tasty. Garlic cilantro lime chili!

Ribeye steaks, asparagus, garlic toast and (unpictured) coconut shrimp for supper tonight.
The ribs have been rubbed, now to let them sit and fester for a while. They'll be on the grill later this evening.

It's been a productive evening. Moved 3 gallons of mead to long term secondary, moved Bastard Stepson Ginger Beer into secondary with sweeteners, and kegged the American Wheat Beer. Should be able to drink it tomorrow night. Also, the Hazelnut Amber Ale is done bottle conditioning, so it's on ice now. For now, I'll enjoy this IPL from the Leinenkugel.
I've got some new material to get into the blog in the next few days... #Food, #wine, #mead, and maybe a little something extra... #homebrewing #homebrew #beer #brewing #grilling #grill #healthyeating
