Monday Motivation: Find your reason 💪🏾
Monday Motivation: Everything happens exactly when it’s supposed to. Learning to be patient and trust in the process isn’t only difficult in fitness, but in every aspect of life.
Monday Motivation: The only person I’m in competition with is me. I never compare my results with others, because our journeys are not the same.
Monday Motivation: Time is the one thing that we can’t get back. Don’t count the minutes. Make the minutes count!!
Monday Motivation: No matter how crappy my day or week is going, I always feel 1000% better after a workout! Exercise is not just good for the body. It can also ease your mind.
Motivation Monday: I’m proud to say that I’ve already gone up a jean size this year. My quad game is on point!
Motivation Monday: I never understand when people tell me “I wish I had time to workout like you do”. We’re all given the same 24 hours in a day. What you do with them, is up to you.
Proper nutrition is the cornerstone to building the body that you want 💪🏾
Monday Motivation: My workouts are the one part of my day that I always look forward to. It’s also cheaper than therapy 😅
Motivation Monday: I tell all my clients the same thing: The hardest part about going to the gym is just showing up. Once you’re there, you’re going to do the work!
Monday Motivation: Patience is key in any transformation. I’m currently going through my own and I have to constantly remind myself that it will all be worth it in the end.
