        ❝   Fight me.   ❞ Her voice is so calm, you would think that there is an actual monk inside Laura’s body but that’s not the truth. It’s actually a hell of emotions inside her, she simply can’t show it and can’t name it, making it anguish. But she speaks and stares, emotionless at the blonde’s face, a blank expression on her face.  ❝   If you’re afraid to hurt me, then you’re not ready. Fight me, Kara.   ❞ Oh, Kinney knows well that the woman in front of her doesn’t need to do much if she wants to, to just end Laura. But their training wouldn’t be complete as long as she showed fear in her face, fearing herself when facing others. Kinney knows what’s like to feel that when she had to hold herself back, her own instincts because it wouldn’t be safe. The murderer would request for blood, it still does in the back of her head: wants to see every being as a target to be neutralized. A weapon, but she made peace with it, or at least, something like that, she tries to.  ❝   Just do it, you know I can take it and fight you back.  ❞ Adamantium claws could maybe scratch her a little, but that’s it. Kinney just wants to see if Kara’s ready, staring deeply in Kara’s eyes like a lioness. In fact, that was somehow about Laura needing to blow some steam, too, she wants to see how much she can endure against Kara, someone she knows the potential, she saw the growth and that, somehow, she started to care about.  ❝   Fight. Me.  ❞

           Sometimes, what you thought it was buried actually rises and comes to slap you right in the face. Although Laura couldn’t say that this was literal, she did not expect to have to go after Julian to accomplish something she was seeking for. There are many things in her life that she always prefered to keep locked inside herself and one of these was him, mostly because still, she didn’t know what do to, after their break-up. ❝   Julian.     ❞ She slowly approaches, attempting to actually not jump-scare him, which was a bad habit that she had. Kinney tracked him down after following leads about parts of a mission she was sent for.  ❝   I hope you’re not expecting anyone. Can we talk for a moment?      ❞
