The Bean sprouted and became a glorious Silken Windhound known as Mr the Mung Bean who could run wicked fast!
One day he met a beautiful Princess, and they fell in love.
They spent a glorious week together, before she had to return to her Shining Castle in the North. The Bean missed his lovely Lady.
Time passed, and his Lady sent him a message. "Look at my tummy! I am getting thick!"
"I am still slender and handsome, and I will continue to love you no matter your tummy size", he replied.
"No, my Love, you do not understand. I am thick with the babies we made! We will have puppies!"
"What!? When!? How!? Must prepare ... to the Library!!!
At first it all seemed rather intimidating ...
But as it turns out, being a Long Distance Dad means that the Mom has to do all the hard stuff. The Dad just needs to support HER.
"I can do that!"
So the Bean sent all the love and support he could to his Lady Love.
Some more time passed, and then the Bean heard the song of his Lady Love emanating from the picture box in the sitting room.
And he watched, and saw his Lady, and ... a miracle!
No, five miracles!

The Bean's People had to help him recover. He was Overcome.

All five puppies are doing well and Mr the Mung Bean will get to meet them in July. He says everyone can celebrate with a Treats, his Uncle the Imp said it was ok. <3 <3 <3 <3 <3
