People don’t wanna face the facts that:
- Caleb believed the Traveler was real long before the rest of the group did.
- Caleb was the first character in game to recongnize and identify Jester’s coping mechanism.
- Caleb is the only character to in tandem recongnize that he’s uncomfortable with the Traveler, and yet he supports the Traveler because he trusts that Jester knows what she’s doing/knows that Jester loves the Traveler.
- Talked to Jester in depth about her failing feelings for Fjord. Keeping the conversation to Jester entirely even when she tried to veer towards Astrid.
- Made sure to keep an eye on Jester the entire time they met with her mother, then layed off the second he realized Marion was cool.
- Actually talked to Jester about her father after he was a jerk.
- Jester has gone to Caleb about advice on: her father, the Traveler, not being able to read Essek’s runes, and other vulnerable weaknesses that she feels are flaws.
- Jester recognized her issues with money after Caleb and her had their argument.
- Jester frequently approaches Caleb to take his hands, hold his hands, and was one of the few members of the party to tell him she was sorry his moment with the Scourger didn’t go as planned.
