Somber heart this morning. When will the fear stricken hearts from those gunning down the innocent stop? When will the fear of kill before killed end? Every day the army of scared hearts grows, doors lock more often, and the security of who we are is tested. Take the time to practice love, compassion, and worth. Take the time to give this to others who need it most. This world needs love more than anything. My heart is heavy today for Paris, for all of humanity. ❤️🇫🇷 (at Paris, France)

Practicing being open and honest with myself. Trying to let go of the "I should" and "what's right" and just allowing my heart to be open to vulnerability. Worth: the value equivalent to that of someone or something under consideration; the level at which someone or something deserves to be valued or rated. 🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸 Why do we let people define what our worth is? As if we were a bottle of wine sitting on the shelf constantly being reviewed by the critics. Constantly waiting in hopes for one of them to give US the blue ribbon of approval. STOP letting others define your worth. Letting their critiques and poor reviews burden your heart and making you feel worthless. YOU are worth all the love in this world. Define your own worth, one that honors the true love in your heart and that sets your soul on fire. You are worth all your love.
