For the wip tag game, what bottompler 2026 snippets have you not already posted?

Oh thank you for the ask!

The main one (1) is the rest of the mind control fic! I'm a good way through chapter 2, the big Kepcobi flashback bit of it, but sadly Kepler has now been stuck with blue balls for several weeks because Life got in between lmao.

Then I have two other more pure PWP ones that aren't as important to me to finish, but could be fun anyway. (2) is for day 4, Kepler's birthday, where I try to squeeze in all the prompts and he gets fucked reeeeaaaal good. (3) is an attempt to write a 3+1 for day 5, secrets/honesty.

Snippets below the cut ^^

(1) “Oh, he’s just thriving under your command, isn’t he?” Cutter whispers into Kepler’s ear at a company function, watching Jacobi pick out a selection of dessert cheeses across the room. “Come to my office in an hour, you’ve earned quite a treat for how you two dealt with that silly business last week ago.” His hand rests on Kepler’s back just a fraction of a moment too long, and brushes his ass as he turns to leave. An hour. Yes. Of course. Kepler shivers, not sure why the room suddenly feels cold. “What did Cutter want?” Jacobi asks when he returns to Kepler’s side, plate piled high with cheese. Kepler shrugs. “Juuust… commend us on a job well done.” “Oh. Cool. It was pretty awesome, I agree. Hey, wanna try one of these? They’re great.” Against his better judgement, Kepler accepts the cheese cube on a toothpick Jacobi holds up to his mouth. The cheese is alright. He’s never been much of a cheese person. But Jacobi’s eyes, hungrily watching his lips… From somewhere low in his belly, molten heat spreads outward, making his heart skip a beat. If not for the appointed time with Cutter, he might – No. There’s been nothing to give him cause for taking Jacobi to bed again so soon. After last week’s ringing success, he allowed them a full extra night on the road, and spent most of it fucking him into the mattress, making sure he knew how well his skills were appreciated. That will have to be enough for… quite some time. Even if it twists his gut to leave Jacobi’s side to make it in time upstairs.

(2) “That’s it, you’re doing great. You look so good like this, so hot. Can you take one more?” “Mmmhm… mm…” “‘Course you can. Like that… I’ll fuck you so good, so hard, I promise. Just come for me first. No touching. Just my fingers in you. I know you can.” “Yes…” “Yes. You’re so close, aren’t you? God, you’re so pretty, all desperate and dripping, so fucking hard…” “Please…” “Soon. Soon…”

(3) “Yeah, sure. Let’s go to my room.” With the mark’s voice so clear, his mouth must be right by Jacobi’s face. Fuck. Kepler digs his nails into his thigh. There is no reason to call off the op, Jacobi is certainly competent enough to handle it. But goddamnit, he wants to. Because… just because, damnit. The sounds change. A door closes, and saying something he doesn’t quite register, too busy gritting his teeth. Then… Kissing. Breaths growing heavier, quick huffs of laughter. The rustle of clothes being removed, the noise of a bed dipping under a combined weight. Kepler wants to punch something. “Here, let me”, Jacobi murmurs, followed by more rustling and the swish of a zipper being undone. His breathing changes, and Kepler’s ear fills with slick sounds that can only be one thing.

Thank you everyone for yet another event that was far more successful than we could've ever dreamed!

This year we had even better participation than last year, with 26 submissions from 10 people

There were a total of 142,769 words written and 6 pieces of beautiful art. Some fics are multi chapter and still wips, so this number will only grow! Compare that to last year's 74,286 total word count!

This year we had 9 ships represented:

While the number of ships is around the same, what ships people wrote are a little different, see this post to compare. No surprise that Kepcobi was the biggest ones both times, but it's great to see the diversity!

And we have managed to raise the total percent of explicit Kepler works that are bottom Kepler to 33.8% (for now):

Amazing, huh? I mean, look at the difference from before here.

This is @theta-scenario - welcome to the blog for Jacobi Appreciation Week!

I haven't got many details to offer yet, but Jacobi's birthday is November 12th, which is on a Thursday this year, so probably it'll be the 9th-15th November.

It'll be prompt-based, and art and fanfic are both welcome.

This will be a queer-positive, sex-positive, kink-positive, disability-positive event, and all headcanons for Jacobi's ethnicity are valid. And yes, by queer-positive I do mean bi/pan, trans (binary or otherwise) and aro/ace interpretations of Jacobi are welcome.

All ships are welcome, or no ships at all.

I don't have event art yet - I'm not an artist myself, so if anyone wants to contribute a Jacobi-themed header or profile pic, I will credit you! If not, I will muddle along and figure something out.
