It makes me sick to my fucking stomach thinking about “it makes me sad Logan.” Morph is the only character I can recall ever thinking that Logan was more than just an animal. Everyone thinks of Logan as an animal, from strangers to enemies and rivals to even his friends and partners. I haven’t read a lot of the comics admittedly, maybe there’s been arcs or instances of people saying there’s more to Logan than just being an animal, or that it isn’t all he is, but the fact that it was Morph who said that just breaks my heart. Morph more than anyone knows what it’s like to be used for their abilities, to be seen as One Thing or even nothing at all because of what they can do.
