It’s definitely the most thought out au I have for her. I know where I want the Splendor au to go but Slender’s is new territory for me, what with enemies to co-conspirators to lovers.
I find setting and major appearance details tedious and semi-useless anyway, so a lot of my focus goes into understanding motive and thought process for all my characters, even if I’m not writing their thoughts out at that time I like to think I’m making it obvious why they say or do what they say or do etc etc.
I am wrapping up the 7mih chapter soon and then I will begin work on that again. Splendor after that and then Slender if I can figure out how I want that whole thing to go. (There is some convoluted stuff going on in Slender’s au)

I dont care about Offenderman drama. The version of him that I wrote for was my own creation, I was simply using the character design and not the personality.
There are minors in this server and there is a horrendous lack of moderation, as evidenced here.

So I consider myself pretty shit at hand drawn art, and these are some pretty messy ideas that I may work out, specifically speaking about Trender and Fen here.
Splendor’s is an idea I’ve seen around from someone else, and of course we all have seen the regular proxy symbol around.
I wanted to create unique sigils for claiming proxies. More of a natural thing, the Ender’s dont have to think about what the sigil will look like. It’s simply theirs, the same way a name is yours.
**With Offender being a demon/ender hybrid in my fanon, he does not have a completed circle, but a broken one.
I also have sigils worked out for several other Ender oc’s I have.
The children of True and Splendor are aptly space themed, with Cassiopeia having a buncha stars with little space between them as she is a hybrid, born of True (who is a hydrid Human/Ender) and an Splendorman (full blood Ender)
The council of 16 gave up personal sigils to appear as a group. Ender’s on the council commonly borrow each other’s “proxies”, and it is best to look at them as a unified police force and not individually possessed “proxies” by individual Enders.
I have compiled all of the 7 minutes in heaven works into one series in Ao3 for easy reading. If anyone has a character they’d like to see get a chapter, you can drop an ask or leave a comment and if I feel like writing for them I will work on it.
Tropes I think would fit well in each timeline, and how I think they could be utilized.
Twisted Boughs (Slender/True)
- The “I can change her/him” trope would do so well here, especially if faced with the failure of that notion. In the way of Slender gaining some form of affection for True in a kinda messed up way. He starts hearing things she says or does and cant help but think about a 12 step plan for adjustments in her behavior and she cant stop thinking of ways to get him to be worse than he actually is.
- I also think there’s room to play with how okay True is with being possessed because she’s possessed by Slender. I think there’s an interesting dynamic to be had when the captive is more into it than the captor and the captor doesn’t really have any other options because while the captive is totally conveniently fine with being there, if the captor lets them go, the captor will be in some serious trouble.
Orange Rose Honey (Kagekao/Fen/True)
- I’m not sure what it’s called exactly, but when one character puts their all into flirting with another character, only for the one being flirted with to be totally blind to all of it until it’s said straight out. I think this is a good dynamic between Fen and True, as she’s very into him and he’s very into her, the only problem is True assumes he’s unavailable, even with the knowledge of his being poly, because he’s with Kagekao.
- I need to stuff in a misunderstanding trope for sure. Mostly in the way of True and Kage being friends and work partners for a bit, and Kage being the reason she realizes they can share Kage’s poly boyfriend because bitch he’s been hitting on you for months what do you mean you didn’t know??? What do you mean you didn’t think I knew he was into you????
Candied Words (Splendor/True)
- Keeping harmless secrets from each other. Mostly in the way of Splendor not wanting to tell True about his darker half (which is who saved her in the fanfic, not Splendor himself… technically) and True being cagey from her past relationship, so he doesn’t learn about her past until it comes back for her.
- Total power couple. They make joint decisions and ensure the success of those actions to the end. Adopting the twins, raising three children together, protecting their biological child from the council at all costs because an Ender and a Potere pairing have never produced children before and all the council will want with her is experimentation and possible extermination.
•Grows up and opens a park with Hesperus. Running the day operations and feeding on the good time fun everyone has
•Has a pet bunny while growing up and weasels when he’s older. He likes to pull them out of hats and bags as magic tricks and he’s trained them to play up being surprised squirmy noodles for the bit.
Hesperus (Middle)
•Feeds on cortisol
•Runs the night shift in the park the twins open when they’re grown, running haunted attractions and feeding on the fright perpetuated by the demons he employs
•Natural affinity for spiders and they love him just as much. Has one as a pet while younger and obtains several as he grows older.
Cassiopeia (Left)
•Feeds on all (emotion chemicals in the brain)
•Not the typical Ender, as they tend to settle on an emotion they feed on and then never stray. Her pallet stays open, much like a Potere (True)
•Helps around the theme park on occasion, but as she gets older she grows into her own stuff which leans more towards art.
•She wasn’t too interested in pets growing up, but she enjoyed bird watching and had bird feeders hanging out of her window. Birds were always too vocal for her to want to keep.
The twins are adopted, found while True and Splendor were coming back from something some time. I’ll write about it some time I’m sure. Cassi is the biological child of True and Splendor. I will also write about that some time.
Splendor and True have kids btw… twins and an adopted daughter. I’ve posted Phosphorus and Hesperus before but I dont have much art of the daughter, Cassiopeia.
I only have one gift from an old friend on discord.
I believe I was possessed last night as I have no idea how I wrote two one shots with two entirely different dynamics so quickly, but the next chapter of Criminal Intent will be out shortly.
Here’s a little peek.
“Well, my usual work is getting proof of cheating or affairs or stuff like that, as you know.” She paused as they reached the small playground, somewhat relieved to see everything how it was. “I just seem to have a knack for understanding what people intend to do.”
She tilts her head to look at him, at relative ease now that they had both made it to her destination alive and well. He hadn’t turned on her, yet.
“I think I understand what you’re talking about.” He shrugged, not quite entering the crime scene, but sticking close. Watching her move about the area, methodically bagging things and taking pictures. “I have a knack, as you call it, for what people want. It’s like a sixth sense.”
She stuttered, nearly turning to face him, but continued working. Slipping the rope into a bag and collecting what she had assumed to be dried blood for analysis. Not much else it could be.
“Very similar, what we’re capable of. Wouldn’t you agree, True?” His tone was odd, but she wasn’t sure she wanted to encourage the conversation. They were all alone out here. She wasn’t sure she liked the privacy. “Powers of the mind, so to speak?”
She laughs, hesitating to turn to him, but manages to do so with a small smile. “Ah, yeah. I guess, if you believe in that kind of thing.”
She locks the bags of evidence in the box, combing over the scene a little longer than she needed to. She really wanted to avoid this. All she needed to do was make it to the police station and see if this was a match for the missing child.
It would be a shame, but at least she’d get to go home.
She’d get away from this town and it’s inclinations to paranoia over all else.
She’d get away from Adonis, who seemed to be trying to get her to say something specific.
There was a magnetism about him. One that drew her in. Perhaps if he didn’t also make alarm bells go off in her mind, she would be more comfortable with the thought of him being the same.
It may well be her best shot at asking someone like her some questions, but she wasn’t sure he was the right one to ask.
