Strategic planning takes some of the fun out of vacations, but it’s necessary, so I understand where you’re comin’ from.
It doesn’t take out any fun! I think it makes it more fun! Because then you don’t have the stress over finding something to fill the time!
Well I’m certainly talking to you now. And I’ll gladly take those cookies for you.
That’s good, that’s good, because I have way too many crowding my kitchen and I would offer you them all with just the price of a nice cup of coffee! What a better way to make friends? Coffee and then cookies after!
Why do you have so many pets? How do you have so many pets in your apartment? Iron Man is perfect for the sad cuddles.
I just can’t say no, that’s the problem! Stark was my baby, then I was gifted the bunny, then my friends needed a place for their cat and so I took it in. The bunny stays in my room and the cat just goes around and takes full reign of the apartment because he thinks he’s a king.
But yeah, see, dogs are wonderful cuddlers. They just want to see you happy, that’s all!
I’m such a “Look at the moon!” person.

I have scars you cannot see. To make them visible you would have to enter my head, undress my mind, make love to my soul. However, I’m hesitant on letting you in. After all, this is how the former scars began.

NIGHT TIME || BLIS
Chris: let out a comforting sigh. The last time he was this close to Blaine felt like ages ago. He had missed this so much in their time apart and would long for it on those lonely nights when he couldn't sleep. "Don't be. I'm here. It's okay to sleep. I promise nothing bad will happen." It was obvious that Blaine was afraid of something.
Blaine: Even after the shitty week he'd had, hearing Chris say things would be okay, that nothing will happen made Blaine want to believe it. Because after all, it was true. All the time he spent with Chris, the months before, were times where his mind didn't have to dwell. But he wasn't so sure right now, not after his mind had been dwelling on just one subject all week, leading to stomach churning, scream inducing nightmares. "My mom called me earlier this week. She wanted to know how I was doing..." Blaine drifted off, losing his words, like was watching them fall from his lips silently. He hated talking about it, but knew at times that it might be good for him. And maybe good for him and Chris.
NIGHT TIME || BLIS
Chris: felt Blaine's warmth as he finally crawled into bed with him. He was tense and Chris wrapped his arm around Blaine, holding him close. He wasn't going to push him, but he was definitely going to be there to comfort him. "I'm here for you, Blaine. You know that, right?" He whispered down as close to his ear as he could.
Blaine: hadn't been this close to someone in so long. He didn't think the night with Sebastian counted, it was mostly just huddling close and trying not to act like a child. But here was Chris, shirtless and so warm, and Blaine had missed it. He even slid his hand along his stomach, feeling the muscles beneath his palms, remembering their nights together and how happy he had been. Like nothing had ever happened before. He pressed his face harder, as if he could melt into Chris' skin. "Of course I know that," he muttered, voice muffled. "Thank you." After a moment, Blaine finally just breathed out, moving his head a bit to be able to talk. "I'm afraid to sleep."

NIGHT TIME || BLIS
Chris: felt a sharp jab in the pit of his stomach when he said they were just friends. Of course they were, but the way he said it, well he couldn't help but feel like shit when he heard those words. The rejection was something he never handled well, especially when it came to Blaine. "Right, okay." He got back into bed and turned to face the television. "Are you going to lay with me?" He asked after a few seconds of silence. "I'm not going to force you or anything."
Blaine: The nerves that were frayed, so bad that they were basically peeling away if that were even possible, made Blaine twitch, his fingers, his body. Chris sounded unhappy and in turn that made Blaine even more upset--and he had just assured him that didn't care that Chris went with Alexander. Why was he upset? Without second thoughts, he was passing across the floor, inching under the blanket, pressing his face into the side of Chris' shoulder, his skin warm against Blaine's cheek. He clenched his eyes shut, holding his breath, before letting it out slowly, afraid to look at Chris. Afraid to cry.
NIGHT TIME || BLIS
Chris: looked over at him, his face falling. "He is.. Does is bother you that I travel so much?" He asked him directly. He noticed that he remained standing awkwardly above him. He sat up threw his legs over the bed so he was facing him. "Do you want me to stay?" It bothered him so much that he didn't know what Blaine was going through. It bothered him and it hurt him.
Blaine: "No," Blaine said too quickly, forcefully, his face flushing. "No. You're--you're like--just a friend. It doesn't matter, why are you asking me this? You've been back for a couple weeks and here I am ruining everything." Blaine's face crumpled, embarrassment rushing through him. "I'm sorry, please, I just want you to be happy. Of course, I want you to go. Even if I didn't, I'd want you to go. Because--I'm fine."
NIGHT TIME || BLIS
Chris: was in the kitchen grabbing a couple of water bottles when he heard the light doorknock. Blaine was being distant, he didn't like it, but he also wasn't going to push it. Opening the door, he greeted him with a smile and a big hug then he lead the way to his bedroom. He didn't want to wake any of his roommates. Especially not Theo, that guy was a pain sometimes. He left the lights off in his bedroom and moved over to his bed. His TV was playing Back to the Future II. "Make yourself at home." He crawled back into bed, shirtless but wearing his pajama pants.
Blaine: was uncomfortable. There wasn't any other way to put it and as much as he hated the feeling that was crawling in his skin, he couldn't stop it. It wasn't Chris, it was himself, and with his lack of sleep he was hitting the point where he just couldn't handle a thing thrown at him. Emotions were high and nerves on end. But he went, he went because it was Chris, and Chris made him feel good. The sweatpants Blaine was wearing, he had been wearing all day, ready for another night of either baking or finding his way into Sebastian's apartment where he'd at least have a little comfort if the nightmares appeared again. Stark was locked in his room, whining as he left him behind, pulling on his soft, lay around cardigan he kept on hand. And maybe if he had more sleep, that hug and smile would cure him when Chris opened the door, but instead he just felt his eyes burn with tears. Blaine hated himself for being this way. He followed Chris, his eyes skipping over the apartment, his fingers digging into the hem of his cardigan,twisting around it was he followed the older man by the glow of the television. He stood by the door, suddenly feeling awkward, even after he had been in the bed so many times. "I'm sure your brother is very happy you're joining him."
