Vitali Klitschko named theĀ āEternal World Heavyweight Championā by WBC

Today, the Mayor of Kiev, Vitali Klitschko was named theĀ āEternal World Heavyweight Championā on behalf of the WBC. Klitschko, who last fought in 2012, has dedicated his time to his political career. Vitali held the WBC heavyweight title twice and never lost it in the ring.
Klitschko said:Ā Ā
Ā Nothing is impossible. I was born in the Soviet Union, a big country where professional boxing was forbidden. I would watch Mike Tyson when he became the youngest world heavyweight champion in 1986, and I said to my friends, āDo you know what boys? One day I will be fighting guys like that. One day I will be world heavyweight champion... Itās very important to have a dream, and to do everything you can to make that dream come true.
Now 45 years old, Vitali Klitschko has settled into his retirement comfortably. He expressed desire to bring the WBC Convention to Kiev in the future.
