ive been unable to pace around the house since i do it from the kitchen to the living room and shes been staying in the living room so i have to walk outside instead to kinda remedy it but its consistently been 30° lately so the fact i cant do it + if i want to walk i have to get scorched is also more mild frustration build up

im able to go outside now without getting anxious (not good timing screw you summer heat) and i was able to survive a trip to the store and back in the car. i had a close call at the checkout where i kept feeling a lump in my throat and nearly walked home instead but decided a 10 min walk home while its 30° wasnt worth it, good learning experience

appetite situation isnt getting any better but wahey some progress isnt no progress
