Do you have any tips for gaining weight as quickly as you did? Any recipes too?

Yes

The main reason i was able to grow this fast are acutally the gainer shakes, more specificly heavy cream with was the main ingredient. I used to make them twice a day each around 300ml of heavy cream mixed slighty with milk to get better testure of the whole thing.

About the recipes i would suggest putting your imagination to work, its acutally fun to come up with new combos hah I mostly used the bananas and heavy cream combo with the vanilla mass powder and some other stuff overall pretty healthy and caloric shake with is a win-win situation, maybe not completly healthy but ive seen gymrats using this combo on bulking phase (bananas and peanut butter)

The main thing with gaining at the beginning is that the stomach has a low capacity with means that you get stuffed pretty fast and liquid calories in this case are like a cheat-code especially gainer shakes, thanks to them i grew so fast it gave me so many stretchmarks 😭 of course if you wonder with more weight naturally your appetite will grow with aslo means your stomach will be able to storage more and more food as you stuff yourself
