We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic female candidates with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi to join our team as Tele Callers. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers to promote our jewelry products, generate leads, and assist in driving sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a keen interest in the jewelry industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our jewelry products and services.
Explain product features, pricing, and promotions to potential customers.
Answer incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and after-sales service.
Follow up with leads and maintain communication through calls, emails, and other channels.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Minimum qualification: SSC/Inter/Any Degree pass or fail.
Fluent in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
Positive attitude, patience, and resilience.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Number of Positions: 10 Nos
Salary: ₹15,000 per month + PF and ESI benefits available.
