If I like your starter call, send you a meme, or reply to a thread, and you don’t respond to it, I honestly don’t mind. I never expect anything from anyone, and I’m never demanding with RP’ing. It dosn’t matter if we talk every day, are really good friends, or if we talk occasionally/not at all, I never expect anything from anyone ! This is your hobby, your escape, and your relaxation, don’t stress yourself thinking “ Oh god I haven’t replied/haven’t made a starter/haven’t posted her meme, she must think I’m ignoring her ” I’m not thinking that at all !! Seriously !!
Friend, acquaintance, or mutual, don’t pressure yourself thinking I’ll be bitching about it, I won’t. I don’t mind, and it’s not hurt my feelings. You do you ♥

“Oh, well…I mean, it doesn’t have to be just what I want to do.” He mumbled, a bit surprised by the other’s response; not in doubt that Oz would do something like that, from the moment he’d met he’d surprised Gil with how supportive and kind he’d been to someone who was supposed to be nothing more than a servant to him. Still, he only hesitates a moment before he takes the other’s hand, knowing despite his teasing he’ll always trust him entirely. “But sure, we can go out if you want.”
“No — today will be Gil’s day! You’ll choose all the schedule.” And trust him, Gilbert, he was certain what he wanted to do wouldn’t suit the valet’s taste that much — as it involved courting pretty girls and chasing his friend with cats. Even if Oz didn’t mean to, most of the times things were all about him, so perhaps it was his turn to make Gilbert happy as well and shake things up a little bit.
“So, what shall we do first?” In all truth, he had no idea. Even though they were close, the blond wasn’t quite sure on what it was that the raven enjoyed doing on his spare time besides smoking and cooking. It’d be quite an interesting experience.

“I’m not tense!” The protest fell flat mostly for the fact that he most certainly was, and…as Oz noted, it was a rather normal state of being for him lately. The years without his master hadn’t exactly been kind to him, and he’d put all his focus on finding Oz so his life would have a purpose again; after all, he was thoroughly convinced that’s all he needed, to protect his master and make sure he was happy. He never once thought about trying to find anyone or anything for himself. “Besides, you have a knack of getting yourself into trouble, I can’t just…go off and have fun with someone, and not know you’re safe.”
He let out a nervous chuckle in response. Gilbert really could use a massage or a spa to see if he would chill a bit, though the boy was well-aware that this wasn’t happening not even on their dreams, so he wouldn’t suggest it. He didn’t want his valet to snap more. It is true, the blond had been tad a bit guilty of getting in trouble as of lately, but some wonderful things happened because of it — like meeting his dear, precious Alice. And even as far as being chased down, it was fun to have some action once in a while.
Extending his hand and letting out a saccharine smile, he made up his mind. “Then come with me, I’m sure we can find something that you enjoy to do together — !”

“Of course I’m not!” He blurted out almost immediately, obviously rather flustered by the other’s persistence. Gilbert knew him well enough to know that once Oz had his mind set on something, though, it was hard to dissuade him from it, and clearly this wasn’t a subject he intended to let drop. He let out a quiet huff, running his fingers through messy black locks. “I’m not afraid, I just have more important things to worry about; I have you to worry about.” The flush to his cheeks only darkens, shaking his head. “It really isn’t necessary.”
“I’m fine”, he tapped the other on the flustered cheeks. “Thus, I’m like 25 now, so you don’t need to worry about me so much, really!” Could he get the raven to do it? Probably, if he spent a few extra hours insisting until the other gave up. This wasn’t over, though! If something bad ever happened to him, he didn’t want Gilbert to be alone. The blond could only imagine what the raven had endured all those years without him. He’d get back to pushing these buttons a little later.
“It’s just that you always seem so tense nowadays, let’s have some fun ― !”

It wasn’t incredibly uncommon for Oz to get sidetracked and lose sight from his friends ― while walking, he’d stop to buy flowers, talk to children, attempt to flirt with random girls and the list went on. As lively and crowded as the streets were, if Gilbert didn’t pay a close eye on him it’d happen sometimes. What was a little uncommon, to him at least, was to see Leo without Elliot by his side.
“Ah, Leo! Hello!” He waved, walking towards the other’s direction.
unsure whether or not to be honest with him, the silverette stood silent. on one hand, she could give him hope -- but Master Vincent would be angry with her. on the other, she could reject him and be honest -- but then Master Vincent and Lady Ada would be angry with her. in all those scenarios, she'd lose. so, she's going with her first option. "Echo bought these flowers for Master Oz. do you dislike them?"
He has always been a flirt. It never really worked, though. Even though he had assumed the flowers had been for him (Because who else would they be for? His uncle?), it just seemed a little too good to be true. But Echo was so adorable that he didn’t dwell on it for too much.
“No, it’s not that! I love it! It’s just ― ”, there was a little tear of happiness on his left eye that he brushed off, right before attacking her with a glomp. “You’re too cute, Echo-chan!”

At Oz’s offer he immediately shook his head, flush only managing to darken-he didn’t want to admit that he wasn’t at all interested, that would just be rude. “That’s okay! You really don’t have to do that for me.”
“Gil, it couldn’t be that you are afraid, right~?” The Vessalius was just teasing to see if it wouldn’t stir him up, but perhaps it wasn’t a lie. Gilbert was scared of cats as well, and cats were way more harmless than women. He’d guess that either he was scared, either he was too shy, or either he wasn’t interested on women that way ― but his biggest guess was that his valet was just afraid of messing things up. “I’ll teach you some seduction techniques!”

Echo needed to deliver a gift to miss Ada, whom Vincent has courted for over a year in secret. when she's spotted, she has no choice but to acknowledge the noble in front of her. "Master Oz."
“Echo-chan!” Well, this was certainly unexpected! But it seemed as if she had finally returned his feelings after that St. Bridget’s Day Festival. Oh, she was so cute! He couldn’t have but to notice the flowers too ― the blond certainly would have never expected her to go that far just for him. “Are these for me?”

SOMETIMES, BREAK ALMOST MANAGES TO BE COOL. but, sometimes doesn’t mean always, and always definitely isn’t now. truth be told, he didn’t consider that gilbert might have a few pots and pans in the cupboard he appeared in, so you can hear a loud, cluttering mess of metal bumping together and to the ground as the albino kicks the door open to escape this suffocating mess.
and, of course, with his luck oz is standing right there to witness his failure of an arrival. ❛ it’s the vessalius brat ! hello, hello. i hope i’m not disturbing. ❜ that’s a lie. he doesn’t care. which is something that proves itself immediately. he stands up straight and brushes imaginary dust off his sleeves, completely ignoring the noble as he looks around the apartment. ❛ i was actually looking for raven, to be honest. ❜
Startled, he threw the lamp he had in hands at Break’s direction with the entire noise ― seemed like Gilbert would have a surprise with a few broken things when he got home. Oz couldn’t be blamed though, if you were all by yourself with crazy people hunting you down, what else was there to do?
Once he processed that there was no real threat, just the creepy old man, he recomposed himself fairly quickly, lightly brushing off his hair and acting as he hadn’t freaked out a little earlier.
“Ah, no, you’re not ― I guess”, he realized his reading time had just been hijacked, but supposed it would be fine if he stayed with Break for a bit. He enjoyed company. “Gil will only be back in a few hours, though.”
« yes, i had been expecting questions. i suppose all in the end it tangles around your protection towards alice, am i correct ??? » how it would seem after the hundred years his body has went through the loop of time. oz was not to change, being created by his will. but no doubt having the passion to defend one that cared for him. the jumbled memories were to remain beneath the surface. a concept he had control over. how he locked the memories tight away … perhaps to serve a purpose for an intended future. which path it shall take ??? so many to choose from.
his smile seemed to be painted on his face as he turned his head in order to look towards a table. thinking idly for a moment before his feet lead him over. « what are your questions ??? i can try to answer what i can, although perhaps i may have to keep my lips shut for a few. i do hope you can understand that. but please, do not hesitate. »
“No, I mean ― I don’t know why, and it doesn’t matter to me, I have no doubts I have to protect her, and make her happy.” He had already decided it, and there was a certain peace and happiness in his voice to think of it, as if it was what he was meant to do on the first place. It was deep within his soul, and he accepted that fact without further ado. He still had questions about himself ― his sin, his father, why he had been cast to the Abyss on the first place.. But she was more important than anything else. He didn’t know how much time he had left with Jack, so he needed to prioritize certain things.
“Her memories ― do you know where we can find it?” Jack apparently used to be her friend. Something terrible must have happened to her during the Tragedy of Sablier. Where was she? Why did he not protect her? She must have been human before getting turned into a chain ― was this what happened to people in Sablier back then? Oh, he wished so much he got to know these things before her! All of her pain, all the bad memories, if he could only take it all to himself and leave her with nothing but joyful things. “What happened to the people who were in Sablier during the Tragedy, Jack?!”

There was absolutely no doubt that Vincent had done some terrible things. From the vibes he got just by talking to Echo to the entirely poisoning thing, that he suspected to be just the very tip of the iceberg. Even so, Gilbert was really important to both of them, and he thought to himself, that perhaps it would be nice to get to know his valet’s family a little bit. Although he had had seconds thoughts about it, he was confident Vincent wouldn’t murder him, just because it would get on his brother’s nerves. Hey, it couldn’t be that bad, right?
He knocked the door softly, actually hoping Echo would answer it.

Mismatched earrings. Long crimson hair, tied back. And a bizarrely thin wrinkled face with that damned smile. He was attempting to run away, but the figure just kept creeping in closer and closer, arms open to catch poor Oz. If one was watching from afar, they’d easily be able to see his restless legs as he had that horrible, awful, nightmare. It was when the kooky man was about to hug him in his dreams that he threw his body off the couch, collapsing loudly on the floor.

He had been loafing around Gilbert’s house as of lately. The Vessalius Estate wasn’t the same without Ada and his valet’s house just felt cozier, though not nearly as fancy. The raven and Alice had been off earlier to buy her some meat, and the blond decided to stick around because he had some catching up to do with Holy Knight. Yet, it felt as if he wasn’t alone. The presence was kinda eerie, even. Taking the nearest object, a bedside lamp, he stood up carefully to look around.
“... Who is there ― ?

Of all questions Gil might have expected from him that definitely wasn’t one of them; and it showed in the way his face immediately flushed, stumbling over his words once he finally managed to formulate his response. “What? O-of course I didn’t, I mean…” He pauses, the blush travelling all the way to the tips of his ears at this point. “I had offers, but I haven’t been with anyone.”
Was it a surprise to him? Absolutely not. But he did act like it was, just because he was very polite. “Gee, why not?” In all truth, the blond had never been with anyone himself, but it most definitely wasn’t because he didn’t try. But well, let’s not talk about Oz! Teasing the valet was much more interesting. “Hey, I know! We should go out and meet some ladies! I’ll help you out!!”
