It went from joel being the harpy to etho, is this a permenant change or is it something apart of the au???👀 or some sort of offshoot for fun?

just an offshoot for fun, yes! sort of a 'what if the harpy/human couple was changed around'. harpy!etho and human joel probably exist somewhere in the same au as everyone else, but its unlikely they will ever meet their counterparts
