Clearly so.

(Anyone is sadly mistaken who comes across this blog and thinks that degradation and humiliation and use and abuse and everything else portrayed here comes at the exclusion of love and care and fondness and everything else that makes a relationship real and great. The kind of intimacy and trust required to have a relationship that allows for all of those things, in my opinion and experience, surpasses that in vanilla relationships. Consent is everything in that respect, of course, but when there is genuine care and love, particularly for the object of all of that use and abuse and humiliation and degradation, there exists the real and unique opportunity for a kind of acceptance and connection and shared experience that is extremely rare in other kinds of relationships. And with the right guidance from the right man, being broken and built back up by him is something that can change a life in profound and positive ways. Don’t assume that just because things appear to be one-dimensional on something like a tumblr blog, that things are that way in reality. Tumblr isn’t life, ladies and gentlemen. But the vast majority of my future followers will already know that. It’s the transient visitors who may not.)
