19072020 when everything goes wrong - pancakes Sunday is always there to save the day 🥞 how are you guys doing today? my weekend was extremely unproductive, but I haven’t felt this peaceful in forever. I feel like finally slowing down and getting in peace with my mind, which is something I’ve been struggling with for a loooong time. my sleeping schedule is getting better and better, my meditations are becoming more mindful and I feel like that first inhale when opening a window after a huge and gloomy storm. it’s been a while! i’ve entered the final semester of uni (help!) and am currently working on my financial risk management assignment, which is due tonight (help!)

my birthday was last weekend. we had way too much chinese food for dinner, and my aunt got me these very cool books. my family clearly knows me well.

i also noticed i hit the 3k mark recently, which is insane. thank you! ✨

Sunday morning journal session with my two new favorite notebooks☀️🍋🐣 Yellow isn’t really the color that I normally go for, but I’m actually quite enjoying it! The color makes me really happy and it motivates me to focus on good vibes and think positively💛 the little one is for good things that have happened recently, gratitude lists and all sorts of things that make me happy. The bigger one is my actual journal where I write everything from small anecdotes to real and raw emotional feelings….💛🍋☀️🐣🌼 I HOPE YOU ALL ARE ENJOYING THE WEEKEND!
