As for the text messages: Apple has all their design resources here and the San Francisco font here, or you can simply use ifaketextmessage.com, which does a pretty spot-on job of emulating iMessages and texts on iOS.

This is something i’d been meaning to do for a while, since I have so many actual filter psds, but never any adjustment ones! This will fix those dark blue tones you can get in shows with low lighting or colder moments, so that when you apply your actual coloring psd - it will look like a normal, well lit scene! All prepped, and ready to be edited.

- will brighten, and correct the blue tones in images, to make them warmer and more vibrant

first of all, i admire your work a LOT! you are really talented with coloring. If it’s not too much of a bother, do you have any tutorials or tips to get a better quality with gifs? i use vapoursynth and i know you don't but they always look fine and i followed your coloring tutorial until i export to tumblr. they look grainy and the save for web settings are not the issue and idk if it's the sharpen or something 😭 i should try screencaps like you tho! thank you in advance💕

hello anon! first of all, thank you sooo much for your kind words and it means a lot to me 🤧💞 i haven't make one tips how to get a better quality with gifs since i'm still struggling with my own gifs quality bcs most of time, the coloring that i often used isn't the one that goes like "baam here's your gifs looking hd with this coloring" which lead me to a theory which one is better, a coloring that stand out or a hd gifs? SO MANY talented gif makers here have maintain both category so freaking well and i still haven't figured it out how to works with both. yet. idk.

and let me tell you something that vapoursynth is A LOT more better and easier to make your gifs in a better quality like, for real so many talented people that i know here have been using this a long with their pretty coloring to make such a beautiful gifs with high quality and it's 1000x times better than using avisynth or making your gifs from screencaps 🤧 so please don't change that! also starting from my jennie set here, i was using kmplayer to screencaps bcs my wifi was broken and i'm not able to use avisynth besides that i often use avisynth and its sharpening to help me with my gifs.

the important thing for making gifs is that you make sure that the quality of video that you are using is HD so you can proceed making a beautiful gifs whether you are using a vapoursynth, avisynth or even screencaps. THIS IS THE KEY ✨

as for the coloring, it's honestly depends on your preferences and there's nothing to stop you to find the coloring type that you like the most as long as you're comfortable with it and i honestly don't have any tips for this since most of the time, like what i've said before that my coloring isn't making my gifs got a better quality bcs my own goal is that, the gifs is my canvas and i hold the crayons to color it whatever i wanted (but please be careful with whitewashing) however, i'm not good with this but i have some psds on my gdrive that i made during my old experiments trying to figure it out how those adjustments works and i honestly don't know how it will works with other scenes but i hope this will help you a little bit since i've been talking so a lot of nonsense here rip me 🙏
