Apparently someone got the Sanctum Ophidia poison out of the trial and now they're passing it to random people in Craglorn in ESO

OKAY SO FACT CHECKING MYSELF it was from one of the world bosses (or equivalent) in Craglorn, not Sanctum Ophidia. Easy mistake to make, but you can't get the poison out of SO. The world boss does have a similar mech and if you just run it and spread it all the way from the world boss to Craglorn and never stop moving and refreshing it, you can infect everyone.
