This used to be my btstheory-finishi account! Sorry for disappearing for a few years. Thank you to everyone who messaged me the cutest texts ever! I'm sorry for not replying. As you can see, my account has got nothing to do with BTS anymore. I also haven't been an Army for some time. I got into Kpop at around 2009 and was with BTS since their debut, so it is quite saddening to see how they have changed.
After all these years, what made me change my opinion on BTS is their continuous support of Zionism and Israel and their silence on the genocide in Palestine. They spent years talking about the voice of the youth and the need to discuss taboo topics but have thrown all of this away for whatever reason. A lot of people are convinced that it is not their choice and that they must be secretly supporting Palestine but what sense does that make when you openly work with Zionists and are an advocate for their brands.
I urge everyone to properly look into the genocide that has been happening for years. If BTS refuses to be our voice then you have to step up and be the voice yourself. Don't blindly follow an artist or a group because your support matters.
