Aziraphale loves escape rooms

something about the mystery, the intrigue, the feeling of all the little puzzles coming together to open the door - whatever it is, he is addicted to these things

Crowley, on the other hand, despises them

he's terrible at all the puzzle, panics as soon as the time starts running out, tries to brute force everything

Aziraphale spends hours looking for the most famously difficult escape rooms across the country, and he drags Crowley every single one with him

Escape room employees get to know the sweet blonde old man who gets excited over the simplest of riddles, and his 'friend' with the sunglasses who has broken several metal padlocks in his attempts to open a box that was the most obvious red-herring in the world

I work at an escape room and I've gotten to the point where I'm legit invested in the backstories of our rooms to the point of having headcanons and shit for them but I can't post about them because if I give away any spoilers I'll get fired 😭
