EPISODE CLXIII: BE YOURSELF AND DON'T CRASH
GC: THE STRUGGLE PART 5000
lots of fucking struggling lately.
getting out of bed. showing up. believing anyone actually likes me and not just what i can do for them.
i don't know how much longer i can go like this. but people depend on me. so i'll keep fighting.
i'll win a round soon. i guess.
I feel like everything is a struggle. I struggle to get out of bed in the morning. I struggle to just try to show up for people. I struggl
OLDER COLDER AND BOLDER: How do I deal with getting older and the hard shit that comes with it ECXLII
GC: DOING OVER AND BEGINNING AGAIN
no do-overs. but you can begin again.
they sound the same, don't they? they're not.
a do-over rewrites the past. beginning again just means you showed up today and tried something different.
the windshield is huge. the rearview is small. there's a reason for that.
keep your eyes forward. you get another shot with every breath.
It's kind of crazy because in life we say there are no do-overs, but yet I harp on the phrase "begin again." So I don't know if that is con
THE CAGE OF REGRET: How do I deal with the consequences of hurting others ECXLI
GC:KICK IN THE ASHTANGA
seven months off the mat. stiff body. loud brain. mean inner voice.
i called myself every name in the book today. then i remembered ahimsa — non-harming. including how i talk to myself.
so i traded the negative motherfuckers for positive motherfuckers.
ashtanga doesn't change. doesn't judge. it's just there. like time. waiting for you to come back.
i came back today. you can too. whenever you're ready.
For the first time in seven months today, I practiced Ashtanga yoga, which quite frankly was the baseline for my yoga teacher training.
GET TO WORK STONER: How I am trying to stay consistent with my mental health ECXL
GC: RANDOM SHIT IN MY HEAD
some people call it insanity. i call it hope.
wanting to help people who won't talk to you. wanting to fix things you broke. wanting to be there even when the time isn't right yet.
i used to be part of the problem. now i just want to be part of the healing.
maybe that's naive. maybe that's utopia. but i'd rather believe in people than give up on them.
I find myself sometimes getting super emotional, and that is not always in the best way. It then manifests itself in sickness, anxiety att
STAND UP FOR TRUTH: Why we bullshit ourselves and others EPCLIV
GC: THE ENERGETIC DOMINO EFFECT
you are not an expert. neither am i. i'm learning this as i write it.
your bad mood doesn't stay with you. it goes out and lands on someone else. a cashier. a stranger on the road. the people you love most.
i've been really fucking negative lately. doomsday level. and i realized i can be the one who stops it.
electric tape doesn't create the light. it just stops the current from spreading.
i'm gonna try that today. wanna join me?
VOW OF EXCELLENCE: Making the promise to do your best and actually succeed
GC: Can the next 250 go smoother?
250 years of "freedom" and we're still not free.
veterans on the streets. people dying by their own hand. everyone too busy arguing politics to notice.
maybe true freedom isn't a document. maybe it's being able to say "this isn't working" without being called an enemy.
this 4th of july, i'm reflecting on what we still need to fight for.
Today is the 250th birthday of the independence of America. Much has been made of the fact that it's been 250 years of star-spangled freedom

GC: THE DISCLOSURE OF HUMANITY
That scene where E.T. and Elliott finally connect isn’t just movie magic—it’s a masterclass in empathy. We spend so much time looking for "the other" in the stars that we forget how to look for the person standing right in front of us. Let’s talk about Disclosure Day and why being "seen" is the ultimate human (and alien) need. 🚲✨👽 #ET
Last weekend, I finally got the chance to see Steven Spielberg’s latest, Disclosure Day . I walked out with so many feelings that I knew I
EPISODE CL: BOUNDARIES ARE SO PLEASING
GC: FLEX AND FLEXIBILITY
Why is it that doctors can make you wait forever, but if you’re five minutes late, you’re canceled? Taking a deep dive into the excruciating annoyance of modern life and why the only real solution is a deep breath and a shift in perception. Let’s focus on the important stuff and leave the rest behind.
Life can be the most frustrating thing in the world. We make plans, and they almost always fall apart. We want things to arrive early, and
