My breakfast burrito game has been on fire lately.

Fancy wrap - the spicy ones from Trader Joe’s would be amazing

Generous sprinkle of cilantro - never skimp on herbáge

Bagged cubed potato hash (quick toast in the oven on a sheet pan… I got bored here these ones aren’t that crispy.. any shape would do? Next time I’m going to do smashed tater tots for texture)

Bagged chopped mixed peppers (also roasted in a sheet pan)

Cubed avocado - tbd on texture, I’ll report back

I made one last night but fell asleep before it was cool. Womp womp.

Really enjoying this cheap thermal printer I got, specifically for this task. Making my life easier for $12. Yes, please.

A tale of two teriyakis. ~$20 ea.

Seattle teriyaki is its own thing. It’s distinct. It’s not traditional Japanese teriyaki. It’s a local specialty.

Neither of these was quite “right” in my opinion. Not old school Seattle-style. The salad dressing was perfect, but the spicy sauce wasn’t quite there.

I ache for my childhood and the $8 spicy chicken of my youth.

The irony here is that the paper bags were made in the UAE (known for their paper pulp, of course) and the pistachio butter was made in Italy. Le shrug.
