He was probably too used to seeing things with green skin that it didn’t come off as strange or different, and failed to connect it with being a ghost. He didn’t exactly have the most common sense ever. “I think his hobby is arresting people.And I swear he makes up rules just to give himself an excuse to arrest someone.”

You can’t see in the picture, but she’s wearing a collar and a flea collar (no tags), and she appears to be well-fed. She’s very friendly, curious, and adventurous, and she knew how to go up the stairs, so I’m guessing she lives in a two-story house.
